Apostle Islands         June 28-29                     $359
     The Apostle Islands are 21 islands and 12 miles of mainland that host a unique blend of cultural and natural resources, located off the quaint town of Bayfield. Here you can enjoy the sparking blue waters of Lake Superior and the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore. It is Wisconsin's "Crown Jewels" on the majestic Lake Superior.
     We begin this two day adventure with a stop at the Northern Great Lakes Visitor Center - combining history, natural resources, and a visitor center all under one roof.  Once we arrive Bayfield, we check in to our overnight hotel, located on the beautiful shores of Lake Superior. This evening you will have time to shop the unique stores & boutiques of Bayfield and an optional Evening Grand Tour Cruise
of the Apostle Islands. This three hour narrated, scenic cruise, spans 55 miles, where you'll pass extraordinary scenery, beautiful & historic Raspberry and Devils Island Lighthouses, standing rocks, sea caves, and marine life. 
     After a leisure morning, we will enjoy lunch at the Old Rittenhouse Inn, Bayfield's historic Bed & Breakfast. The Rittenhouse was Wisconsin's first Country Inn. We are served a delicious 3-course Victorian meal as well as sprinklings of Bayfield history throughout our meal.  Following lunch, you will have time to see some the gorgeous historic Rittenhouse rooms.
      As we head home, we will visit Duluth's Canal Park. Enjoy time at the Lake Superior Maritime Museum, shopping, eating at Grandma's or watching the action under the Aerial Lift Bridge.  Boarding the Vista Star, we will become a part of Duluth's active waterfront and see panoramic views of the North Shore.  We'll get close to all the action of this busy harbor on this in-depth narrated cruise.                                                                                                      Deadline: June 11

Medora Musical          July 25-27            $699
    On the western edge of North Dakota, with the Badlands as its backdrop, sits the historic town of Medora.  This one of a kind town is better know as North Dakota's #1 tourist destination.  Medora is surrounded by breathtaking, unspoiled nature with the Theodore Roosevelt National park in its backdrop.  We will stay two nights at the beautiful Rough Riders Hotel, downtown Medora, close to restaurants and shops.  
    Our first stop will be the Painted Canyon Visitor's Center of the North Dakota Badlands Nat'l Park where you will see an overview of the Park.  Cowboy Lyle will board the bus and guide us through the South Unit of the Theordore Roosevelt Nat'l Park.  Learn about "Teddy" as President, husband, father, soldier, and hunter as we attend the "Teddy Roosevelt Salute" play in Medora.  The show also focuses on Teddy's time right here in the North Dakota Badlands.  Free time is available if you'd like to visit the Cowboy Hall of Fame - where history of the American West come to life when you explore the exhibits on Native Americans, ranch and rodeo cultures.
    The highlight of the trip, is the Medora Musical, performed in the open-air Burning Hills Ampitheater just outside of town.  The Burning Hills Singers & Dancers will entertain us during the two-hour musical dedicated to Teddy Roosevelt.  Before the show, we will savor the great flavor of steaks skewered on pitch forks at the Pitckfork Fondue with all the fixin's.  
    On our way home, we will visit the Frontier Village and Buffalo Museum in Jamestown ND.                                                         Deadline: June 22

  Mackinac Island          August 20-23               $699
  Discover the Jewels of the Great Lakes - Mackinac Island - the "all natural" theme park of America. Limited to transportation by horse & buggy, bicycle or foot, it has escaped the vast changes of time where history abides and fudge shops are everywhere!
    Our travels to Mackinac Island take us across the northern sections of Wisconsin and the northern shores of Lake Michigan. We will travel acoss the beautiful "Mighty Mac" Bridge, the world's 19th longest suspension bridge, that connects the  Upper & Lower Peninsula's of Michigan.  Upon arriving Mackinaw City, we will board our hydro jet ferry and begin our adventure on Mackinac Island.  Upon arrival, we will have a welcome reception at our Mackinac Island hotel and free time for you to explore the island.  
    Following an included hot breakfast buffet, we will  board our Mackinac Island Carriage Tour, seeing the island from a new vantage point.  This narrated tour will bring us through the beautiful Mackinac State Park.  Stops will be made at the Surrey Hill Carriage Museum which displays historic carriages, horse-drawn hearse and antique fire pumpers; Arch Rock, a natural limestone formation formed after the glacier period; and the Grand Hotel, the 1887 iconic hillside hotel where you can sit & rock on the world's largest front porch. Our last stop, is the legendary Grand Luncheon Buffet - a one-of-a kind Grand Hotel experience. It features garden-fresh salads, savory cheeses, slow-roasted meats, seafood and a wide selection of fruits and fresh-baked desserts made by their pastry chef.

Door County         September 18-20              $629
   In the center of the upper Midwest's "inland seas", Door County is a peninsula surrounded by 300 miles of Lake Michigan shoreline. Treasured by visitors and locals, this vacation spot offers endless opportunities for recreation, beautiful scenery, unique harbor towns, and farm products.  
    Passing through the Door County harbor towns of Egg Harbor, Euphraim & Fish Creek, we arrive at our overnight destination. Tonight we will experience the Traditional Door County Fish Boil. Fish, potatoes and onions are perfectly cooked outdoors, as we wait of the finale - the boilover!  
     Al Johnson's Swedish Restaurant is our unique breakfast stop - where you can find goats grazing the sod roof! It's quite a sight and Al Johnson's is the most famous restaurant in Door County serving a Swedish menu from pancakes with lingonberries to Swedish meatballs, limpa bread & more.  Following breakfast, we will see a "working farm" as a tour guide will join the coach and guide us throughout serveral acres of cherry, apple, & apricot trees.  
     Washington Island is the northern most tip of Door County.  To get there, we will board a ferry and travel to this unique island where the population is only 708. We will board the Cherry Train, an open-air tram, and take an tour throughout the island highlighting the Stavkirke Church, Schoolhouse Beach and the Farm Museum.  
      Before leaving Door County, we will stop at the Lautenbach's Orchard & Country Winery & Market.  Since 1955, the Lautenbach's have been producing quality fruits such as cherries, apples, grapes, raspberries and pears.  Wine tasting is also available.  For dinner, PC Junction has built a reputation as a fun, friendly, family train-themed restaurant.  Here you will choose your favorite "Box Car" meal. At the counter, your meals and drinks are served to you by train!
